Creator Brian Monarch Deepfakes Macho Man Randy Savage into Rocky III's Iconic Beach Scene

Creator Brian Monarch has produced a 25-second deepfake video inserting wrestling legend Macho Man Randy Savage into one of Rocky III's most emotionally charged scenes — the beach moment where Rocky Balboa confesses his fears to Adrian. Rather than offering comfort, the AI-inserted Savage verbally dismantles Rocky, calls him out for his boxing skills, and attempts to woo Adrian away from him.

The clip is a sharp example of deepfake technology being used for comedic fan content, leaning on the contrast between Randy Savage's over-the-top wrestling persona and the scene's original dramatic weight. It joins a growing body of viral deepfake shorts that remix pop culture touchstones for humor, showcasing how accessible face-swap and voice synthesis tools have become for independent creators.
