Midjourney Alpha Update: Style Previews, Prompt Parameter Folders, and Collaborative Tools Coming Next Week

Midjourney has pushed a round of UI refinements to its alpha platform at alpha.midjourney.com, including style previews in the sidebar so users can see results before generating, larger images in the Create view, and the ability to set default prompt parameters on a per-folder basis. The update also bundles a range of bug fixes covering search behavior, aspect-ratio handling during edits, drag-and-drop in Organize mode, and improved stability for users with large image libraries.

Looking ahead, the team says collaborative sharing and generation tools are coming next week, alongside persistent edit history and expanded style discovery features. The roadmap mention of "the aesthetic singularity" signals Midjourney's continued investment in making style a first-class, navigable dimension of its platform.
