Higgsfield Cinema Studio 4.0 Extends AI Filmmaking Workspace to 30-Second Multi-Shot Scenes

Higgsfield has launched Cinema Studio 4.0, an update to its all-in-one AI filmmaking platform that significantly expands production scope and creative control. The new version supports 30-second multi-shot scene generation — double the 15-second limit of version 3.5 — and allows creators to draw on up to 50 visual references per generation, up from nine. A new Director's Panel consolidates pre-production decisions including genre, decade setting, camera type, lens choice, lighting customization, editing tempo, and color grading (now offering more than 50 presets) into a single workspace before generation begins.

Character performance gains dedicated controls via an Emotion Wheel for directing facial expression and body language, while new camera movement options include POV, robot arm, and helicopter shots. Post-generation tools — Forward/Backward Extend and Edit Video — let creators continue or adjust footage without rebuilding an entire clip. Native audio generation, covering speech, sound effects, and music, is handled in the same pass as the video. The platform is aimed at independent AI filmmakers, short-form and episodic creators, studios, and agencies, and serves as the production environment behind Higgsfield's own Originals slate.
