Artist and director Vikki Bardot's AI-generated feature film "A Woman Asleep" has been selected for the main competition at FilmFest Cottbus, placing it among ten films vying for top honors at the festival.
The selection marks a notable moment for AI-generated cinema, with a fully AI-produced feature earning a slot alongside conventionally made films in a mainstream international festival competition.
