EROS Universe Launches Four-City AI Creator Audition to Recruit AI-Native Writers and Directors

EROS Universe has announced the AI Creator Audition, a nationwide talent hunt spanning Mumbai, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, and Chennai, aimed at discovering AI-native writers and directors. The initiative doubles as a recruitment drive, with the company seeking to hire 15 AI Writers and 20–25 AI Directors, alongside offering retainer contracts and project-based engagements to standout participants.

Competitors have six hours to produce a 90–120 second AI-generated microfilm — with the story theme and genre revealed only at the start — using end-to-end AI-generated visuals and audio, with no real-life characters or copyrighted material permitted. Submissions are judged on storytelling, visual quality, AI prompting workflows, and cinematic execution. The tour began in Mumbai on August 7 and concludes in Chennai on September 12, with registration open at a fee of ₹99.
