The coverage follows a similar profile by the New York Times that was widely ridiculed, and arrives as Norwood is set to appear in a feature film called "Misaligned."

Critics, including Wagmeister herself, noted the obvious limitation: Norwood cannot improvise or act without a series of prompts, and the reporter acknowledged on air that it was not a "real interview" since Tilly "isn't real."
