Aptech and Get Set Learn Launch 100-Hour Generative AI Filmmaking Programme Across India

Aptech Limited has partnered with Get Set Learn, an Arvind Mafatlal group company, to deliver a 100-hour Generative AI Filmmaking Programme aimed at aspiring filmmakers and creative professionals across India. The curriculum, developed by Get Set Learn, will be delivered by Aptech through its Arena Animation and MAAC brands in virtual and hybrid formats, covering AI-assisted ideation, scripting, visual development, production, and post-production workflows. Participants will complete a capstone AI short film project, with top performers considered for internships and potential submission to national and international AI film festivals.

The programme combines structured coursework, masterclasses from filmmakers and AI experts, and mentorship from Get Set Learn's creative team. Admissions will follow a creative assessment process. Aptech's Sandip Weling and Get Set Learn's Ameet Zaveri both framed the initiative as a response to generative AI's growing role in reshaping storytelling and production, with an emphasis on practical, industry-oriented application rather than tool familiarity alone.
