AI Film Summit Los Angeles to Screen 35 AI-Assisted Films and Award Nine Prizes on October 24

AI Film Summit Los Angeles 2026 will take place on October 24 at City Club Los Angeles, bringing together emerging creators and industry professionals around AI-assisted filmmaking. Organized by Tyrannus Foundation, the event will screen 35 works selected from 636 submissions spanning more than 80 countries, and announce nine awards — branded the Tyrannus Angel Awards — with an emphasis on emotionally resonant storytelling rather than technical spectacle alone.

The day-long program runs four panel tracks — MAKE IT, BUILD IT, SELL IT, and OWN IT — covering production, career development, distribution, and creative rights. Featured speakers include former Disney animator Davy Liu, director and cinematic artist Mark Cheng, and filmmaker Tony Shyu. Attendees can also explore tools at Creator Lab demonstrations and network through an Industry Exchange session.
