Abundantia aiON Unveils Beta Builder as First Film Under Rs 100 Crore AI Filmmaking Pact with InVideo

Abundantia Entertainment's AI studio division, Abundantia aiON, has announced Beta Builder as the first title from its Rs 100 crore partnership with AI video technology company InVideo. The film follows Jai, a self-taught architectural prodigy from Mumbai's Dharavi, as he navigates virtual worlds and real-world inequalities — a narrative that blends ambition, identity, and community. Production will use a mix of fully AI-generated and hybrid live-action techniques, with release targeted for the first quarter of 2027.

The broader collaboration envisions a slate of AI-driven films developed over three years, positioning the venture as one of the more substantive planned investments in AI filmmaking from the Indian industry to date. Abundantia aiON says it will follow a "Human First, AI Empowered" philosophy, keeping human creative authorship central while deploying AI across the full production pipeline. Vikram Malhotra, founder and CEO of Abundantia Entertainment, framed Beta Builder as emblematic of the studio's ambitions for its new AI-focused division.
