# Topview AI Launches Film Studio to Give Filmmakers Shot-Level Control Over AI Short Films

Singapore-based video creation platform Topview AI has launched Film Studio, a tool designed to help filmmakers produce standalone AI short films with granular control over individual scenes and shots. Unlike the company's existing Drama Studio — built for episodic, multi-part productions — Film Studio offers a unified workspace where creators can plan shots, build visual references, adjust camera framing and movement, refine character expressions, and revise segments of generated footage without rebuilding entire clips. The launch marks a deliberate expansion beyond Topview AI's marketing and e-commerce roots into feature and series-level filmmaking.

The company, which reports five million registered users and approximately one million videos generated daily across its platform, says 40% of its users already create AI films and dramas. Production teams including Hieu AI Media and AZF Studio have published work using Topview AI's tools, with episodes surpassing 200,000 views on YouTube, and further theatrical releases reportedly in planning. CEO Jensen Wu framed the tool as a response to the gap between clip-generation speed and the sustained directorial control needed to tell a complete story.
