Beeble has launched SwitchX 2.0, a major update to its video-to-video model that lets filmmakers and VFX artists modify lighting, backgrounds, and props while preserving the original subject and performance. The company's founder and CEO Hoon Kim described it as "the biggest upgrade to our video-to-video model," with the update adding native 4K output (up from 1080p), clips of up to 20 seconds at 24fps, and 10-bit color depth (up from 8-bit).

Additional improvements include enhanced camera tracking to better match generated results to source footage movement, improved fast-motion handling and lip-sync fidelity, and a new "Up-res" workflow that allows faster iteration at 720p before generating a final result at up to 4K using the original source footage for maximum detail preservation.
